BEYAYNETU
Beyaynetu. Ethiopian cuisines consist of vegetable and often very spicy meat dishes, usually in the form of wat (also w’et or wot), a thick stew, served atop injera, a large sourdough flatbread, made out of fermented teff flour Ethiopians eat exclusively with their right hands, using pieces of injera to pick up bites of entrées and side dishes.
Tasty Ethiopian food, and coffee
Come for a real & incredible experience. The quality of food was only matched by the quality of service I got. I wish I can keep the flavor in my mouth for ever. Thanks for making the evening an unforgettable one.
ETHIOPIA THE ORIGIN OF COFFEE
CHICKEN (ዶሮ, DORO OR DERHO) WAT
Chicken (ዶሮ, doro or derho) wat begins with a large amount of chopped red onion, which is simmered or sautéed in a pot. Once the onions have softened, niter kebbeh is added. Following this, berbere is added to make a spicy chicken (ዶሮ, doro or derho) wat.

FRESH ETHIOPIAN COFFEE
“Ethiopia Genika” is a type of Arabica coffee of single origin grown exclusively in the Bench Maji Zone of Ethiopia. Like most African coffees, Ethiopia Guraferda features a small and greyish bean, yet is valued for its deep, spice and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma
